Best Buy 2012 Black Friday preview reaches the web

Electronics giant Best Buy has released a preview of its Black Friday ad. The 22-pages show off a number of deals that are sure to have holiday shoppers standing outside of Best Buy stores on Nov. 23.

Best Buy will open its doors at 12:00 a.m. local time on Black Friday. The ad includes plenty of HDTVs, plenty of tablets (though don't expect any iPad discounts), smartphones (once again, don't expect any iPhone discounts), laptops, digital cameras, Blu-ray players and many DVDs at low, low prices.
  • Toshiba 50 inch LED HDTV: $399
  • Toshiba 40 inch LCD HDTV: $179
  • Blu-ray players: $39
  • Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone: $48 with contract
  • Playstation 3 bundle: $199 ($100 savings)
  • Lenovo 15-inch, 2GB RAM laptop: $187
This is, of course, just a preview ad. We expect the retailer's full Black Friday ad to be even more attractive to holiday shoppers.

As is typical of the highest profile Black Friday retailers, including Walmart, Target, and Best Buy, doorbusters will be in short supply (10 or less) at Best Buy's Black Friday sale.  Expect there to be plenty of jostling, but hopefully, all will play nicely.

The store's Black Friday Preview ad can be seen here.
