In this case, the video first showed up on YouTube, then was pulled, though it was still available at other sites. Not only were Facebook groups created, some of which simply wanted her caught, others that wanted her killed, Internet groups such as 4Chan attempted to find details about the person, as they did in the case of the "Cat Bin Lady."
In fact, a name was revealed, but it was incorrect. Reports were that the person named by several groups needed police protection.
According to the report, according to Bosnian law, no jail time can be granted only a fine. That amount can range from €15 to €5,000 ($19 to $6,400). It's unclear about the fate of the person who filmed the YouTube video; that person was reportedly the teen's brother.
In the earlier incident, users of the Internet group 4Chan identified a British woman who dumped a cat into a trash bin as 45-year-old Mary Bale. While she has been interviewed by the RSPCA, no criminal charges have been filed. In this case, 4Chan vowed to also ID the girl, and despite the best efforts of authorities to keep the minor's ID hidden, if anyone can, they can.
