Anyway, this is a feature that many users would love, particularly Enterprise Google Apps users.
Google Calendar Sync is a (beta, what else for Google) Windows application that can sync either to Outlook, from Outlook, or bidirectionally. You can set the sync frequency.
However, it will only work with your primary calendar at this time.
To get started:
Download and install Google Calendar Sync here.
Once Google Calendar Sync is installed on your computer, the Google Calendar Sync Settings window will appear. You'll have to enter your username / password, natch, set the sync direction and set the frequency (10 minutes is the minimum time interval allowed).

When your events are actively syncing there will be arrows on the Google Calendar Sync icon.
When idle, the icon will be as shown. And ... it seems to work as advertised!

I know a lot of tools which work with other types of files. But couple days ago I was in the Internet and downloaded several tools. Something happened with my outlook passwords and I didn't know what to do then. To my good fortune suddenly my friend called me up and advised - outlook pst file password cracker. He was right, and I was lucky)) The utility helped me free of charge and without payment as I bore in mind.
